Established in 2014 and based in Belfast, Northern Ireland, Total Vapour is a vape retailer that began as a family-owned business with a mission to offer a safer alternative to smoking.
Total Vapour was acquired by industry giant Flavour Warehouse Group in 2019, due to its strong wholesale connections across both Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.
The acquisition enabled Total Vapour to broaden its product range and offer competitive prices, leveraging the group's significant buying power. Website orders are now processed from a state-of-the-art, robotic fulfillment and smart warehouse in Blackburn, Lancashire. This positions Total Vapour to efficiently serve both new and existing customers throughout Great Britain.
We continue to operate three vape shops in Belfast, Carrickfergus, and Newtownabbey, proudly serving our local communities and loyal customers. By offering both online and high street shopping, we aim to be a convenient resource for those who prefer to try before they buy, as well as for customers located too far to visit in person.
Our tagline, "we’ve got you covered" is more relevant now than ever. We stock all leading vape brands, with over 13,000 products and more than 1,000 e-liquid flavors. We also stay ahead of the curve by bringing the latest vaping hardware to our customers.
In addition to carrying a wide selection of popular UK-manufactured brands like Vampire Vape, Double Drip, Vapouriz, Pocket Fuel, SQZD, Bloom, and Frukt, we continue to produce our own best-selling e-liquid, Pure Mist. Whether you're after the latest gear or a specific vape juice, you can trust that we have something to suit every vaping style and preference.
At Total Vapour, we've enhanced our logistics with a fleet of twenty Geek+ P800 series robots, which operate 24/7 to streamline our warehouse operations. These robots, with a lifting capacity of 1000kg each, efficiently manage stock, ensuring proper rotation and distribution to meet our high daily order volume. This automation has alleviated pressure on our warehouse staff, allowing them to focus on safer, more fulfilling tasks and improving overall efficiency.
The robots work in a designated, secure grid with patented safety features to prevent accidents and quickly detect faults. We've also named three standout robots—NOS-4-A2, SIR-PICKS-A-LOT, and Botty McBotface—who lead our fleet with enthusiasm. Contrary to concerns about job displacement, the introduction of robotics has actually increased our workforce and created new roles in warehouse and IT teams. Robotic automation enhances production speed and consistency, providing quicker, higher-quality service while improving workplace safety and morale.
